Please make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to exchange a print .  

  

  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

 

If more than 7 days has passed  since delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

 

You the buyer will be responsible for the return postage, and the print MUST be in original undamaged condition. 

 

Shipping costs are non refundable.  If you do receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your refund is approved, we process and then a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

 

 Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  

 

The print you choose must be of equal or lesser value.

 

  If you are shipping a print over $70.00 AUD then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don not guarantee that we will receive you returned print.

 

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

  In addition NON- RETURNABLE items are 

 - Art Cards   So please choose carefully
