What a dream to paint this white cockatoo. I have never painted white feathers like this before and I have to say that white feathers are certainly NOT white! These feathers were made up of the mix of colours of red, yellow, brown, black and white! layers and layers of paint to achieve the final result of this gorgeous cockatoo. He took a week to paint, when I was able to get into the studio as some days the "work life balance" can tilt!!
