Pink Robin
What a beautiful bird this little pink robin. It is native to southeastern Australia. It loves to live in cool temperate forests. I have always wanted to paint one of these fluffy chubby birds and this was my first time. I also wanted to bring something different to the background of my painting, and decided to paint a bokeh background. I love the effect I was able to achieve and it does make the pink robin stand out. This was such a pleasure to paint and it took me just under three weeks to complete.
